Responsibilities

  • Own and execute on the roadmap for community initiatives 
  • Define OKRs and execute against them 
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships. Be an evangelist for the community internally 
  • Measure and monitor the performance of community initiatives and constantly iterate to improve 
  • Collaborate with Hivebrite's Customer Success Manager around immediate and long-term online community goals
  • Provide coaching and support to group leads to empower group initiatives and autonomy
  • Assist core team in creating projects, news, and supporting materials to encourage transparency and community development
  • Assist core team in creating and maintaining navigable documentation for existing processes, as well as advising on the implementation of new ones
  • Act independently and confidently across a wide variety of circumstances and situations
  • Develop an Ambassador program
  • Develop and maintain resources and content to be delivered to group admins and members
  • Manage inbound communications and uncovering ways to streamline for greater efficiency through the tools offered in the community platform

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in community development or customer advocacy
  • Strong program management and collaboration skills with internal team members
  • Cross-functional team management experience
  • Analytical mindset and be an excellent communicator who can engage internal leaders and teams across functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a high level of professional and personal integrity
  • Experience working with Hivebrite community platforms is a plus
  • Digital design skills a plus
